1. Introduction

By booking a charter or accessing our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Service Overview
CollectiveInfoPortal offers high-end yacht charter services, which include, but are not limited to:
- Day trips on yachts
- Evening boat tours
- Company outings
- Exclusive gatherings
- Extended yacht voyages
All offerings are subject to availability and appropriate weather conditions. We have the authority to change or terminate services as necessary.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
For charter booking, you are required to:
- Be no younger than 18 years old
- Submit true and comprehensive information
- Provide the specified deposit as noted in the booking confirmation
- Consent to these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
A charter booking is only considered confirmed once payment has been received and we issue a written confirmation. Service can be denied to anyone at our discretion.
3.3 Availability
All charters are subject to the availability of the vessel and favorable weather. We strive to meet your requested dates and times as closely as possible.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All listed prices are in € and taxes are included unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to alteration without advance notice.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Initial Payment: 50% of the overall charter cost payable at the time of booking
- Final Payment: Due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the charter
- Supplementary charges (if any): Payable upon completion of the charter
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept payments through major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified checks. Our payment processing is performed using secure and encrypted methods.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- In excess of 72 hours before departure: Full repayment less handling charges
- Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: Repayment of 50% of the amount
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No repayment available
5.2 Weather Cancellations
Should weather conditions be declared unsafe by our captain, we will propose to:
- Reschedule the charter to a later convenient date without imposing additional costs
- Issue a full repayment if rearrangement isn't feasible
5.3 Mechanical Issues
If the assigned vessel experiences mechanical issues, we will attempt to offer a similar alternative. If we cannot provide an alternative, we will issue a full refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All guests must:
- Adhere to the crew's instructions
- Don appropriate safety gear when needed
- Disclose any health conditions that could impact their safety
- Stay within the yacht's designated areas
6.2 Prohibited Items
The following items are not permissible on board:
- Glass receptacles
- Illegal materials
- Weapons or firearms
- Excessive amounts of non-alcoholic beverages (beyond what's considered reasonable for personal consumption)
- Animals (unless previously authorized)
6.3 Conduct
Travelers should behave in a considerate manner. A charter can be ended prematurely without a refund if the behavior of passengers endangers safety or disrupts the unperturbed enjoyment of other guests.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
We limit our liability to the payment received for the charter. We are not accountable for:
- Injuries to people resulting from their own negligence
- Damage to or loss of personal items
- Indirect, punitive, or accompanying damages
- Delays due to weather or factors outside our control
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Comprehensive marine insurance is maintained by us, covering our boats and operations. It is your responsibility to ensure you have suitable personal and travel insurance.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
By choosing to engage in our charter services, you recognize the intrinsic risks involved with marine activities and take on the responsibility for your safety and well-being.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We retain the right to alter itineraries, routes, or schedules as needed due to weather, safety, or operational requirements. We aspires to provide alternatives of equivalent value.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for any disruptions, alterations, or delays brought about by circumstances beyond our command, which include, but are not limited to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Natural catastrophes
- Governmental directives
- Closure of ports
- Equipment malfunctions
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We handle your private details in line with our Privacy Policy. Your decision to use our services signifies your agreement to the gathering and application of your information as highlighted in the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
The intellectual content on our website such as text, visuals, logos, and images are safeguarded by copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction, distribution, or the creation of derivative works are not allowed without our express written consent.
12. Governing Law
The enforcement of these Terms is subject to the laws in force in Spain. Any arising disputes will be settled in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
