What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each rental comes with an experienced crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Enhanced options—such as hors d'oeuvres—are available for evening tours, while business rentals offer meeting equipment and corporate dining choices.
When should I reserve a yacht?
To ensure availability, we suggest reserving your yacht 2–3 weeks prior, or 4–6 weeks for private functions or corporate events, particularly during the busy season from May to September.
What occurs if the weather is adverse?
Our priority is your safety. If our captain determines that weather conditions are unsafe, we will suggest an alternative date for your charter or issue a complete refund. Should the forecast be uncertain, we will inform you 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
May I bring my own provisions on board?
Guests are free to bring their own provisions. Additionally, we offer excellent provision services and can tailor menus to your liking. For safety concerns, glass containers are prohibited on board.
Do you provide yacht access for guests with mobility issues?
We aim to serve all our guests. While some vessels are more accessible than others, we request that you contact us with your specific requirements and we will advise on the most appropriate yacht and accommodations.
What is the policy for cancellations?
For cancellations prior to 72 hours before departure, a full refund is processed. Cancellations made between 24–72 hours before the trip are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled departure are not refundable, except in cases of unsafe weather or mechanical issues on our end.
